The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure moved to amend the resolution on page one, in the Resolved clause, line fifteen, by striking out the word “James” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “U.S. Navy PO3 James”;

On page one, in the first Further Resolved clause, line eighteen, by striking out the word “James” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “U.S. Navy PO3 James”;

And,

By striking out the title and substituting in lieu thereof a new title to read as follows:

House Concurrent Resolution No. 68--Requesting the Division of Highways to name a portion of West Virginia Route 80, near Bruno, beginning at a point, latitude 37.692547, longitude -81.865702, and ending at a point, latitude 37.664654, longitude -81.848732, the “U.S. Navy PO3 James Earl Gibson Memorial Road.”
